Safety of your transactions is given by three security levels:

• User's number for identification by e-BCR

• PIN code – the Token device is protected by a PIN code set up by the client on the first use

• Unique codes generated by Token, called OTP – One Time Password and DS – Digital Signature used to authorize the operations performed

Access the service using one of the following addresses: https://e-bcr.bcr.ro or through www.bcr.ro.

Always check to get a connection type https, and NOT http

• In case of Token loss/theft, contact immediately BCR Suport Tehnic available at any hour and on all days (24/7) to block the device

• If you consecutively introduced 3 wrong codes for identification or authorization of a transaction, your Token will be automatically blocked. In that case, call BCR Suport Tehnic to unblock it.

• If you no longer remember your PIN code or your Token got blocked, call BCR Suport Tehnic to unblock it

• DO NOT disclose your user code or any information related to the service security. BCR will never contact you to ask such information
